You have the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Our customer service team will assist you promptly. Please note that orders already shipped cannot be canceled.


We welcome returns within 7 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products must be unworn with original labels attached.
  • Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
